The Europress press fitting system is a revolutionary name in providing an extremely fast, safe, and simple assembly system, which produces reliable joints of high mechanical resistance for a wide range of civil, naval, industrial, and commercial pipework system installation. The standard diameter of our extensive range of carbon steel and stainless-steel press fit system ranges from 15 to 108 mm. Other sizes 139.7 and 168.3 are also available for special applications. Press Check Sleeves

This unique and simple innovation visually identifies any joint that may have not been pressed during the installation process. One advantage of press fittings is that complex arrangements of fittings can be installed, checked, and adjusted for alignment before the press function is finalised.

Rather than wait to fill an installation with fluid or pressurised to see if any joint leaks due to a missed press procedure as in other systems, Europress fittings up to and including 54mm have a thin coloured film over the O-ring seat. When the joint is pressed, this film shreds and detaches from the fitting for visual witness to the completed press cycle.
